Wichita Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for two full-time construction crew leaders through AmeriCorps.

Wichita Habitat for Humanity has been awarded two AmeriCorps member positions and is looking for motivated and qualified candidates to serve locally, starting in the fall. Habitat AmeriCorps members serve in full-time, stipend positions, helping to meet the housing needs of communities and low-income families across the U.S.

As a construction crew leader, you would be an integral part of leading volunteers and building homes and better neighborhoods in our service area. This might include hands-on construction tasks such as demolition, site prep, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, roofing, finish carpentry and landscaping.
